Well, If he knows that you know that he likes you, then maybe he thinks he has no need to tell you him self.... Guys get shy when they tell you that they like you.. i know coz every guy that tells me they like me, Tells me over MSN or TXT lol...
Maybe he wants to get to know you better before he thinks hes ready to ask you out... Btw make sure you say no the first time.(he asks you out)
