Help the near and dear first who are suffering poverty by financing for the education of their children. then they will start earning and drive away their parents' povery.
If every body who is able can help starting from their dear and near to eliminate poverty.
The other way is to eliminate cash transaction by replacing with electronic fund transfer. No body can earn any illegal money and no black money or bribery.
The first way is in our hands and the second is in the hands of our holy politicians.
