My wife and I want to open a small business and have no idea what we need to do. Can we still do it if you personal credit file is bad? If so, how do we do it, who do we contact and where do we go? Do we need any initial capital or would it be easier to get a loan, even though my credit is bad?

In my portfolio, I calculate the percentage of cash, bonds and stocks that make up the portfolio. Recently I've begun buying CDs. Are CDs considered cash, or bonds, or some other category? I'm finding that if I add their value to cash, it seems like I'm holding too much cash. Any suggestions?

I have a cyst on my ear lobe which has becomed really swollen and infected. It is causing a great deal of pain. I'm currently in-between insurance. In my city the bill to see a Dr. without insurance4 is arround 150-200 dollars. I live on a shoestring budget and that's alot of money to me. I reside in Milwaukee and would appreciate sound advise on my options. I do have a child but the insurance is only under the mother. So that option is not available to me either. Free clinics in my area don't service this type of injury. I would wait 1-2 hrs to see a Dr and only be told they dont' treat that. Other than those I don't know where to go.

I have apartments in 2 states (OH and MA). Both BMVs require me to have an in-state driver's license to register a car, and you can only have one driver's license. But I need to have a car at each residence. How do rich people that have multiple homes handle this?

On our computer we have 2 accounts: Mine and my bro's.

When i want to print a doccument from my side it won't print and say the 'duccument failed to print'. But when i print from my bro's side it prints.

It's never been like this. And it is not a new computer or printer. We've been using the same computer and printer for 2 yrs & this never happened. I am also v. sure i didn't change any settings on my account.

I am applying for law school. The question asks:
"Were you ever accused by an employer, supervisor, or associate, of dishonesty in connection with any employment or occupation, or have you ever been discharged by an employer"

the next question asks "Have you ever been suspended, disqualified or otherwised disciplined as a member of any profession, or military service"

I was fired at an internship working for a Circuit Court. I tried to explain exactly what happened and why I got fired. While truthful, I am aware that my story sounds like a load of crap.

This is what I put (so far), it is the truth. (The Judge was old and blind as a bat). Do you have any suggestions on what I should do or say?

"In the spring semester of my junior year in college I was fired from my internship working at the -th District Circuit Court in NAME, STATE. My job involved pulling files for the judge along with other various administrative tasks.

I usually drink alot of water because I just sit all day at an office and water is readily available to me. Ive always heard that water was good for you and that you couldnt ever have enough of it. But then last night I heard on the news that a woman died because she drank too much water & went into a coma. So which is it?
