I was wondering if there was any place you can get the news summed up in bullet form or something?

I need the news summerized some how, bullets would be best.

Well yes there is but the average person doesn't have access to it I don't think. The associated press wires have something they call News Digest.

Yes, as a matter of fact there is. Search for "NYTimes". There is a spot where you can sign up for a daily email. And it's in bullet form; the big stories have 1-2 sentences summarizing the story, but the majority have a mere headline. The site is vast. And it's FREE...
