If your talking about people named Bryan I have a cousin named Bryan and he's dumb and takes crack. I have noticed a number of such Bryan's but may be just my luck to run into the stupid ones , I doubt they all are dumb.
If your speaking of people from Bryan ,Texas , Perhaps living to close to the Bush family rubbed off.
