I quit college because I was young and stupid but I am now realising that a degree could benifit me greatly. I believe I am intelligent and that I could complete a course at some pace.

I am undecided as whether to do a vocational course such as Music Management (my intended career path) or something a little more academic such as English or History.

My question, either way, is how quickly could I become qualified if I allowed it to take over my life?

I stopped smoking over a week ago which Im really pleased about, but this week I cant help but feel that my stomach has trippled in size and gone all wobbly!
I constantly feel bloated and just think I look hurrendous!
This is a really girly issue but I really dont want to put weight on, I ve not really eaten much differently to when I did smoke!
Can your stomach bloat as a side effect?
Whats happenening to me?

we want to move somewhere for 6 months and so only want to pay it for that long, and then after that we might go abroad. Do you have to pay for whole year (cant see why as it would be unfair) or is there a special scheme??

Hi
My motorbike just blew over in strong winds, i picked it up and drove it around to another side of the car park (more protected from the wind) but noticed the throttle was very hard to apply as twisting it took a fair bit of effort and it refused to automatically return to 0 upon letting it go.
Any ideas what this could be or how to rectify it without paying £70 to have it looked at by a mechanic

Is it possible that someone who is bright can be diagnosed with Auditory Processing Disorder? I'm starting to suspect that my 8 year has this. I always thought something was not right but I just waited. The thing is, is that he is not behind school academically. He is actually at the top or even over the top of hIs class. He is a great speller and his report card shines on any academic subject. The reason why I question is that he does have a hard time following directions. He becomes very flusterd. I have to repeat everything twice for him. He is also sensitive to noise (it is better now but was worse when he was much younger) and he is not very coordinated with sports. Now that he is eight, he is starting to see that he is a little different because he did ask me as to why he gets confuse easily. I can see how this can take a toll on his selF-esteem. The only thing that is helping him is that he is a good student and is good playing the piano. Lacks a bit of social skills.
