I stopped smoking over a week ago which Im really pleased about, but this week I cant help but feel that my stomach has trippled in size and gone all wobbly!
I constantly feel bloated and just think I look hurrendous!
This is a really girly issue but I really dont want to put weight on, I ve not really eaten much differently to when I did smoke!
Can your stomach bloat as a side effect?
Whats happenening to me?
Help!

paranoid.... my dad stopped smoking and ate more then got a bit chubbier, but if you say you're eating about the same as you did before it could just be paranoia

Congratulations for stopping smoking, keep up the good work, no matter how hard it gets!

Hun you don't have any side effects after you stop smoking, however some people do gain some weight, but i don't think it's causing your bloating. try some exercises, maybe walking

Hi - this is really odd, to be honest lol! I quit on NY day and havent had this happen. Could be gas, or could be bloating from unconsciously eating comfort foods??? xx
