Chow Mein - either chicken or vegetable and it's even better if you mix crispy seaweed with it. Yummy - I'm really hungry now. The only thing I have left from my lunch is an apple and I really don't think that's going to hit the spot!

Definately a chow mein but try the one with the crispy noodles, its also called hong kong style. Thats lovely, you get crispy noodles on the bottom of the tray then your chicken and the veg in a sauce poured on top. Mmmmm nice.
