My marriage with my wife has been no fairy tale, but as far as I was concerned we were conciously working on our issues and had a very good thing going. We also have a 4 year old daughter. Two years ago she cheated on me with a mutual friend. I decided to stay in the marriage and work it out. I just found out she is doing it again, this time with a stranger. So we are splitting up. I have no money for lawyers, and we are not fighting, it'll be a "friendly" divorce. But I need to know what I have to pay (or the formula) for child support. We don't own real estate and the other possessions are no big deal. Does anybody know some kind of child support formula for the state of California? Am I obligated to provide that? Even if she cheated twice? Please help... Thank you
