I noticed that my ab muscles show through a lot more in the morning than in the evening. Are the 8 hours of sleep a brief fasting period for my body?

You remove water from your body through the night and excrete it in the morning.

I've never found this to be true at all. However, when you first wake up in the morning, your body is dehydrated - having been without food or water for 6 or so hours while asleep. This may account for any visible differences you may see.

in the morning u already slept and in the night u get very tired , that is why

your stomach stretches out gets kinda bloated
