If I have to use it, I use it as a garnish. If you are going for flavor use fresh parsley, dried does not compare at all! (Same way with cilantro)

My favorite is parslied potatoes. Boil small red potatoes that you have cut in half. Drain top with butter and parsley flakes. Goes well with ham, or liver & onions.

I dice my potatoes and then after they have cooked, I put butter and dried parsley on them. The potatoes are really pretty with them on it and they taste good too!

Dry parsley is really only good for color - its flavor is almost nonexistent. For flavor and color, use fresh parsley.

I put it in soups, spaghetti sauce and you can use it in dip. In all reality you are better off using fresh but dried will do in a pinch.

I used it for garnishes on pasta plates at the restaurant. Now I just put it in my Italian bread dough for the color.

For when you're trapped within your house for months and cannot go out to buy fresh parsley.
In other words, nothing.
