he does not want a party he is in the band and stays on the go all the time......he travels all over the south eastern coast for band comp and battles....he is doing pretty good in school....want to do somthing nice for him he says he wants to go out of town and spend some money.....don't know really where to go.....we are in Augusta. GA .....where are all the good outlets......

Ok so i asked before and got some good ideas but im looking for some more.
I really cant think of anything fun to do for my sweet 16 party!! im doing a small party with around 5 friends and it can be expensive, just not as much as a big party would be. We like just about anything - except sports like baseball games, football games, etc.

I love him, but the drinking is a big problem I just dont think I can overcome. He has never it me or anything like that. He loves my kids like they are his own, its just sometimes he makes me feel like am 5 years old by the way he talks to me. And it seems that all he wants from me is money and beer and smokes. I mean people are nice to me at high school they do not care about race and they just hang out. Nobody is a class clown and people have a good sense of humor. No racial slurs.
Is this reallly how New England is like?
I used to live in Atlanta, Georgia and i lived in the south for 8 years of my life and i just moved to new england and while at the south since im asain i experienced lots of discrimination and racism.
There is none here in New England,
And bye bye, good bye south im living in the north and not coming out.

at school i had loads of friends and was really popular, but over the years i have lost contact with everyone and have not a single person to talk too, im really lonely and miss socialising.
