i'm going to avoid my usual explanation and simply say "you don't"

itunes is mp3/aac and was designed for organizing music to transfer to the ipod.

sonicstage is the same thing as itunes..sorta..only..it's designed only for Sony products and uses ATRAC3Plus encoding.

the two won't communicate with each other. itunes talks to apple stuff only..and sonicstage talks to sony hardware.

I find that the only way I can do it, is to burn it on to a CD, and then transfer it from the CD. There may be another way, but I don't know about that.
