Investment advice on various stocks by 'experts' seems to be an attempt to manipulate the stock price on things they hold - therefore we should be very wary of their advice.

Their advise should be based on first principles analysis of business performance and placing this in context of the market the business operates in combined with technical factors that might affect the share price or the small investor eg Currency movements and losses from currency conversion and transaction charges.

What should we take into account when considering their advice?

My husband is 39 and would like to go to Signal Learning center to get certified in 5 areas for computers... The only problem is the funds.. It costs 24,000. Does anyone know of any grants he can apply for? they offer a loan, however his credit isnt the greatest right now, due to a divorce, but he is rebuilding. He doesnt have a co-signer. I want to better the appearance of my eyebrows, but want to know if anyone can suggest a good pair of tweezers that helps with reducing pain? I stopped getting my brows professionally done because the wax would cause my skin to break out. Even when they used tweezers, my whole forehead would turn red from the pain of getting my eyebrows plucked. Ughhh, I hate pain and it became really embarrassing so I just gave up and stopped getting them waxed!! I got the same results at every single salon I've visited whether waxed or plucked. Can anyone share their experiences, suggest a good quality of tweezers and let me know how much you paid for them? I'm not worried about the price, I just want to get rid of the pain and embarrassment of waxing :-( Can anyone suggest any? Thanks guys!

In the 70's and 80's, I saw signs everywhere advertising Mother's Hours employment. Now, that I am a Mother and am limited to those hours. There doesn't seem to be any available anymore. Not all Mother's are able to work full-time do to situations out of their control. But, still need to bring some kind of income in.
