Does a atom have a greater mass if it has more neutrons, protons or electrons?

What is the charge on the ion that the element forms? (the element is Selenium)

and lastly, why do all three hydrogen isotopes have similar chemical reactions?

Hi,

I live in the US but my biggest dream in life is to live and study in Brazil. The reason for this could take many pages to explain because it's a long story and also, in my opinion, a very beautiful one. Basically, I am not comfortable living in the United States because of the materlistic culture and lack of old-fashioned customs and values. I have been to Brazil and have fallen in love with what I consider the most human, fun, kind, sweet and civilized people in the world (my very personal opinion and without offending anyone). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay there longer since I didn't have enough money and there is no way that as a foreigner I could get a job there. I felt like if I had reached paradise and then brought back to reality and my reality, the place where I live (the US) now looks worse after having touched heaven once. Is there a way I can get some organization to sponsor my studies and living expenses there for at least a year?? Thanks a lot!

I asked last month if someone can get him self affected by HIV, so the answere were no you cant creat or make it by ur own body, you must take it from someone else by having sex with already effected body, or using needles and all these things, i know so much about AIDS, but what i do not know and i couldnot find through internet is that how did it start, i read it was found on three men who were gays thats why they first said its for gays, but after that they knew its for every one,men women babies, but what i wonder who was the first one to get effected and how !!!!?? did he get HIV from bad sexual behaviour?? by blood ?? labs experiements?? i have been thinking about this for months?? if it was created...then i can created it by my self,,if not...how did it start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Put $35,000 on a credit balance transfer at 2.9% until 8 / 2007. They raise the rate to 28.95% because an old cell phone bill hit my credit. The card company said that it was under a Universal default clause in new contract terms.. Have tried to negotite , write letters..now considering walking away from the entire debt.. How many inmates (I don't like to use the word prisoners) are tortured & killed with out trial in Guantanamo bay torture camp (prison) since September 2001. Is it not violation of human rights or crime against humanity? Who should be held responsible for this? And what punishment should be given for those responsible for this crime? i have a Buddhist Traditions class, and big part of my grade is going to see a real temple and interview a priest. I'm american, and i'm jewish and i've been to church or temple about 5 times in my whole life, so i know nothing about religious protocal. can i just walk into a temple and ask to see someone? does anyone have any good interview questions to ask him? does anyone know any good temples for doing this? i live kind of near Gokoku Ji so i was thinking of going to that temple, but is it too big and busy for this assignment? any advice would be appreciated. thanks a lot.
