What do you think this means, not your opinion of it, but what is this statement saying? regardless of your opinion of its worth.

One who submits,
I would invite you to submit to Christ who alone can save you from the day of judgement .To deny his crucifixion and resurrection is to deny your own life.
I offer you grace and peace from God and the Lord Jesus

Simply stated: God makes fools of those who are proud or self-important, and rewards those who are humble and submit to Him.

Those who are to proud to submit to God, will go to hell. While those who believe in the Oneness of God and are humble servants go to Heaven.

This is quite similar to this verse from the Qu'ran

[002.212] Beautified is the life of this world for those who disbelieve, and they mock at those who believe. But those who obey God's Orders and keep away from what He has forbidden, will be above them on the Day of Resurrection. And God gives (of His bounty, Blessings, Favours, and Honours on the Day of Resurrection) to whom He wills without limit.

We accept the Torah, Gospels, Psalms are revelations given to the Prophets Moses, Jesus and David [Peace Be Upon Them All] but we do accept that the current versions are a 100% authentic. But the verse you quote is not blasphemous in its claim so it is quite likely is it still preserved.

May God guide you to the straight path, and protect us from the whisperings of Satan.

Peace Be With You

This has been shown to me time and time again!!! And I still have a hard time keeping my mouth shut and just except the Blessings ! If I state success in public, to friends or family you can bet that it will turn around on me immediately after opening my mouth. Except your fortunate blessings and be modest/humble etc...

I think it means that God mocks himself. Either that or God's a hypocrite. But I guess almighties are allowed a little extra room on those policies.

"If you don't bring out what is inside of you, what is inside of you will kill you. If you bring out what is inside of you, what is inside of you will save you". Or to be truly humble is to be in god. Or no self, no problem.
