Limewire if you want direct peer to peer downloads.
There's also BitTotrent, which uses torrents to download stuff (torrents are different from direct p2p). If you want other sites besides the main BitTorrent client, you can use BitComet, BitLord, uTorrent, and Azureus (basically, they all use torrents and are just like BitTorrent, except you have more freedom in downloading b/c they aren't being cracked down right now like BitTorrent is).
Once you download a torrent client, then go to torrent library sites like Mininova.org, Isohunt.com, or Torrentspy.com and search up the files you want. Then start downloading. =)
Limewire is generally better if you only want music.If you want music plus movies, TV shows, books, games, or software, then use torrents.
