36 yr old female plans to gain lean muscle mass
5ft6in, 110pds, 17.79 BMI, 24,2% body fat
2700 daily caloric intake
60 gr protein intake
Intense daily workouts with weights working different muscle groups, resting them for at least 72 hrs.
Cardio is a 2 to 3 hour brisk walk every other day--do not run due to bad knee injury.
Just recently increased daily caloric intake by between 200 and 250 calories.
Afraid I've reached a plateau.
Can anyone advise?

I don't understand, how come G-d in the old testament loves to punish and curse people and ordered the israelites to kill other races such as the ammelikites
(even King Saul who have mercy upon the ammelekites is said to be codemned by G-d, that's why G-d decided to remove him and replace him with David) while Jesus on the other is way to different than G-d of the old Testament. jesus don't condemened gentile, but G-d of the old testament do. Can anybody explain this ?

when I had my period last month. there was a day that I filled a whole tampon in less than anhour 2 to be exact. then the nexy day it was normal. so I canncelled my DR's appt.. well I am at it again and its heavy maybe 1 every 1 1/2 hours..but there are big clots and alot...... any suggestions? I mean I am goina go to the ER in the mornin. I am 17. I would like to know if something is wrong. I heard him say something, so I stopped and looked. As I was looking, he grew arms,legs and before ya know it, he popped out of the bowl and is now sitting my chair, eating pretzels and drinking a root beer. He's looking more and more like a man, not a fish. He said he won't leave my house until his girlfriend (my pet monkey) evolves into a beautiful 6 foot blonde. I told him that she most likely won't be blonde, and her evolution could take 250 million years, he said he would wait.

What should I do? He's eating all of my food and drinking all of my root beer. He's watching the cowboys, I told him that I am an eagles fan. He won't let me watch my team play? How do you suggest I get him out of here?

I got a lot of "smelly" stuff for christmas and I am confused about one thing. What is the difference between shower gel and body wash? I always assumed that they were the same thing but in this one set I got it had both a body wash and a shower gel. When I call this stuff "smelly" I do mean that they smell great of corse but I just don't get what the difference is. Can anyone help me????
