1. buy bathtub crayons & let her color on the tub walls - it washes right off
2. let her pick out some cheap toys that would be ok in water & let her put them in the tub
3. buy bathtub paint & some sponge animals/shapes, let her dip the sponges in the paint & paint the tub
4. buy the colored fizzies, let her pick what color she wants & put them in the tub to change the color of the water
5. try bubble
6. make a game - buy a small fishing net, put household items in the tub & let her fish for them

If she is the kind of kid that likes baby dolls let her have a bath tub baby. Let her pick out a baby doll (I like Waterbabies, they dry quickly) that she can wash while you wash her. Get her out of the tub to dry off and she can dry off her baby. You dress her and afterwards she can dress her baby. Don't let her play with the baby outside of bath time though.
When it's time for a bath, tell her to go see if her baby needs to get a bath. Chances are she'll say yes and it won't be such struggle.
Other things like bath crayons and bath foam work well too. Don't buy the Bath Foam for kids though, it tends to be over prices. Instead, buy off brand shaving gel.
Let her make some boats using craft foam, tin foil and other supplies, before bath. Some might have to be thrown away after the first use, but the foam ones should last a while. See how much foam each boat can hold in the tub. Not only is this a craft, a reason for a bath but it's a simple science experiment too.

I think it's Crayola that makes pills that you use to color the bath water. When my daughter (2.5 years) doesn't want to take a bath, I just I ask her what color she wants to make the bath and she immediately changes her mind.
Also, during the ages of 2 to 3, children are really building their sense of autonomy. Most parents mistake this for bad behavior (the terrible 2s), but it is really normal development. You may want to present bath to her with some option like - What toys do you want to play with in the bath?
I have also found that giving my daughter fair warning prior to bath or anything else she might resist, it helps her prepare for it. I will give her a countdown from about 10 minutes. I have never had a fit about taking a bath or leaving the park using this method.

well bubble baths are always fun for kids. but don't give them to her often. maybe once a week or every two weeks. and here's the reason. little girls are very prone to yeast infections from bubble baths. not sure how it works, but that's what happened to my daughter when she was 3. it's been a year since this happened, and her yeast infection has not come back. plus she's terrified of bubble baths. this was all diagnosed by her doctor too. not just an assumption.
i highly recommend bath tints. they are made by crayola. all my kids love them. even my 14 year old son. it's fun to have blue, or red bath water.
they make bath crayons, but be careful with those. we tried those with my daughter and she started coloring on the walls. but she had fun with them. if you try these, be sure to explain to your daughter that this kind of coloring is for the bathtub only.

I would bath her first and get all the business done first. Then if she was good, I would let her play in the tub with a doll of her choice that was water proof, or any toy for that matter. I would stay away from any type of bubble bath, cause it may cause a bladder infection and if your child hasn't had a bladder infection, trust me the bubbles aren't worth it.

Bath crayons and bath foam are good tools. Also keep some toys that are bath only toys. You might try a floatie like for a pool. If you have another close in age child you may try bathing them together. If she still refuses, you put her in standing up and wash as fast as you can. I had several charges as a nanny who went through this stage with me. It eventually passed.

Bubble baths are lots of fun for kids. Throw in a couple of toys (Nothing electronic!!!!!!). I always loved playing with my legos in the tub. Also if your little girl like music buy her a shower radio for her bathroom itll make bathtime loads more enjoyable buy her one of the thin ones that suction its self 2 the the bathroom wall so it wont fall and break.

It's more than likely not really about taking baths per se,
it's a power struggle . . .
No worries, it's a natural part of her developing as an individual!
