O.K. I don't want to sound stupid or anything, but I'm 14 years old, andn i still havn't goten my period -- maybe. Since Yesterday, everytime i pee [which is frequent now since yesterday for some reason] at the very end i get almost like a burning sensation, but not really burning. I dont know how to describe it, anyway, and then when I wipe some blood gets on the toilet paper, but it's not a lot, and it never drips into the toilet. Its not enough to have to use a pad or tampon, but what is it? I'm confused, please help! Thanks!

I'm interested in how veterans of real estate investing broke into the market. I've read too many books and listened to too many seminars that pin your start on deal-of-a-lifetime type purchases and shady accounting.
Do you think its worth buying, improving and selling a home in a short time? Do you think buying and renting is the better way to go? (Renting seems better if prices fall but carrying several mortgages is as scary)
What kind of financing did you use? Down Payment? (Yes/No/How Much?) How much was your initial investment if you were improving the property? Did you take out any loans to cover your improvements?
I'm in my mid 20's. I live in the South Shore MA area. I don't pay rent and incur about $400 monthly expenses. I have a good full time job (+50K), some saved money (+10k) and good credit. I'm very organized, fairly well educated on the subject (a lot to learn) and i have friends who are listing agents and contractors.
Any feedback/contact would be appreciated

4 weeks ago, she is just gorgeous, and has settled in here superb. She is very loving, beautiful nature, and has proved to be a great house dog. She is fantastic with the children, everything. She is only 18 months old, and was with the RSPCA. The only problem i have, she will NOT let me near her with a towel, when she has been out, and is wet and mucky. She hates it, gets nervous, and runs away from me. The RSPCA are not sure of her history. I want to know, could it be, she has been abused in some way, and is afraid for some reason, when i bring the towel to her? Also, how do i gain her trust with this, so she knows i just want to wipe her down?

I recieved a DVD from the company in regaurds to vacation planning and I really and interested to know if it is cheaper if I stay in a different hotel and just buy the park hopper pass for my children, wife and myself? In addition does the packages include food?

Why is it OK for 2 long-time friends, both female, who have found each other after being separated for years to reunite and stay in contact by e-mail, by phone, by text messages and make plans to see each other? I am so shy that I even sometimes avoid entering a store if there are no other customers because I don't want to be the focal point of the sales persons. I avoid as much direct personal contact as possible. This is harming my professional career. I like to write as this does not need face-to-face communication. How do I overcome my shyness? There is, by the way, no reason for me to lack confidence as I am confident about by own abilities. Yet I still have this fear of being belittled or laughed at, or simply looked down upon.

Many of the places where i've temped, they have been racisst to me because i'm hispanic . they treat me like i'm a space monkey.

I was just a Document control clerk in this last place where they were about to hire me..but i got so much cr*p since the day i started there. It was an engineering company and all the enginnerrs were White . Then my document control partner was hispanic( well his mother was mexican) but he didn't speak spanish and he didn't sound nothing like me cause he never learned spanish , he just grew up with english. He was accepted as part of the team, but i wasn't. I was made to feel like i was below average, that i didn't speak english. Why in the world would they hire me If they thought i ddidn't speak english.

I have a feeling they just hired me because they were desperate for someone to fill the position. But then they attack me everyday with racist stuff. And not just racism, they were also pretty ignorant...

I am using vba with excel and I'm trying to write a formula that hides all rows with values of FALSE. However, when the macro searches through the string it looks at the formula and therefore finds no FALSE cell values despite the sheet being covered in them. I can get this macro to work with numbers but not with text.
