my 18 month old barely speaks. about a dozen sounds that we know what they mean, but mostly just pointing and grunting and getting frustrated. No multiword phrases at all. Shouldn't she be talking more by now?

First, I am a Christian.
Why is it so hard for Christians to accept that evolution of life has occurred? How doe this not fit with the Bible? Why can't God have created life, and it evolved over time? Is it really that hard to understand that the men writing the Bible lacked the scientific concepts to explain it properly? The evidence of evolution exists all around us. Evolution doesn't have to mean that God doesn't exist. There are passages in the Bible that indicate that time doesn't exist for God the same way as it does for us. It just means that when the story of Adam & Eve took place it happened long after Creation happened. If God created everything, he created evolution and everything we find in the earth and in the heavens too.

Yes, there are some that point to evolution as a reason to abolish religion, but maybe that's all they have wrong. God gave us reason too, let's use it.

I have been witht the same guy for almost 2 years and we act like a married couple! I miss how we didn't care about anything and life was easy going. Now we worry about money and other things. I need knew ideas of places and things we can do. I need more adventure. I am 20 years old and we don't have sex like we should. I think this month we had sex like 3 or 4 times. We have tried going to those adult shops and buying things, but we never use them. What can I do?? I love him and i want to be with him for the rest of my life. He wants to quit his job, sell his house move in with me and go to Culinary school. He is too young for a mid life crisis. I think it is a bad idea, for many reasons.I think he should stay where he is and avoid the food industry. I believe being around food makes him happy and he should see a psychiatrist more than anything else. My daughter doesnt see it my way either.I know they are making the wrong decision , what should I do?

My understanding of Shinto and Buddhism is that neither has an afterlife quite like the Christian concept, except that Buddhism has Nirvana. Did the pilots really think that they would reach Nirvana by killing themselves and the enemy? How could they think that?

Hi, Im stuck what to wear on new years eve, so maybe someone can give me ideas of what to wear by letting me know what there outfit is. Im going to a pub as they are haveing a disco/kareoke as they do on new years eve, so far my oufit looks to be my new pink halter neck top, and black pants, with wedge shoes. Does this sound ok. I dont know weather i should dress down. Or as its new years eve dress up.

I just failed my driving test yesterday and now i feel down and what not. Apparently, the drive was smooth, but the examiner marked me down at lot for not scanning the road ahead of me. If I did, I would of passed as I was marked down 9 points for traffic check. My next test is in 2 weeks. Any pointers? Thanks.
