I have this friend that I used to work with. I quit because I couldn't take the bs of the job anymore. It's been almost a year since I quit and my friend calls me everyday and constantly complains about the people at work. I quit cause I was tired of it, I don't like hearing about it everyday. Plus she is 6 years younger than me and has no husband or kids to worry about. I have a husband serving in Iraq and two small kids at home. The things she complains about are nothing compaired to what I am going through. How do I kindly get her to stop doing this everyday. She is my friend so I want to be here for her and listen when she needs me but this crap is just childish. I have enough stress!

When I was in high school I dated a guy named John Doe, we were together for around 2 yrs. I hurt John Doe very badly, then left him for a guy we'll call Tom Doe. I was with Tom Doe for 7 years. Two years ago I left Tom Doe and about 1 year ago I called John Doe. John Doe ended up driving a long way to see me and spent the night with me. It was so cool. But afterwards John Doe wouldn't talk much, he said he didn't know about getting back with me and I finally quit calling him because I thought it was pointless. John Doe was never rude but wouldn't answer phone anymore so I quit calling. I'm still hoping John Doe will one day forgive me and be with me. What do you think will happen eventually? Am I wasting my time?

ok well i am a 14 year old girl and in the past week or 2 i have started getting headaches but they are very short, like less than a minute and dont hurt badly. and for a long time, (i dont know exactly how long) sometimes when i get up from sitting down or laying down i get all these bright spots like that completely cover what i am looking at and go away after a couple of seconds and for the past couple of weeks i have had a cold on and off. what could it be? anything too dangerous?

How many pair of shoes have you got? Be honest!

Is there a real need for surplus shoes, a compulsive shopping disorder, a zest for consumerism and materialism or is it because the shoes are there sitting in the shop?

Guys don't have that many.
My shoe wardrobe= I pr flip flops for just about everywhere, 1 pr of sneakers for the occasional jog and in case the missus wants me to dress up a bit and 1 pr of working boots which triple up for hiking and also for weddings if I add a bit of spit and polish.

As far as I am concerned that is all that is needed. 3 pair max

I recently bought a chanel hand bag a a thrift store for 6 dollars. it is in extremely great condition and i had several people look over it to see if it was authentic they all said (and i agree) either its a well made fake or a well taken care of vintage i looked on the internet to find out but couldnt really find anything. it is red medium size, has a "quilted" pattern, a brass chanel symbol, and its chain is about 50 inches with red leather going through. it is real leather no glue like other fakes. and it also has a red leather tassle im im desperate need of help
