This is very true, I am the fourth daughter in line then my brother, I don't know if it was because of my three older sisters and my mother was tired of all the boyfriends or what, but I was aloud to shave my pits but not my legs, now I hardly ever have to shave my legs and usually just use a little nair instead of opting to shave

I am 35 and I have WAY less hair on my legs then when I was younger...So partially true I think...But I think it just thins out with time rather than it having anyhting to do with whether you shave or not

I don't think so. I shave mine too. But a friend of mine has never shaved her legs (she's in her mid 30s) and she looks a little like a monkey...

That might be true for some or you could look like a monkey by the time you're 30 or worse yet like a French woman.

This might be for blonds who will have the hair but can not see it (oldest boy has blond hair on legs but he is hairy as baboon lol). True red heads sometimes are blondish in spots too. Well my Mr. is red head and he gets blond here and there.
It depends on the person but in general this is as you said crazy!

not true.. by not shaving there would just never be stuble. you would still have hair on your legs, its doesnt magicly disappear if you dont shave it.. think of your arms-legs are the same- if you shave them theres stuble.. never shaving would be the same as if you decided to not shave for a year.. the hair would be finer because its longer and not stuble anymore.

that is probably assuming the myth that hair grows thicker and darker because of shaving true.
in fact, hair only growns thicker and darker with age. some people are just born with good genetics and don't have to shave as much if at all.

I have heard that before too... but I don't know if its true. There is a woman that I know who never shaves her legs, but she has such light coloured and fine hair... you can't see it anyway.
