I used to be able to run 2 miles and i would do it daily. years have passed and i can't even run a mile now. any ideas for how i can gradually work up to my old fitness level. A structured program that won't kill me would be nice!

i have goldfish in a 2.5 gallon tank with air pump and filtered water, but my fish has been acting weird like seating at the bottom of the tank and not eating etc. i have never seen it like tht before... any suggections what i should do??? i dont want her to die on me :(

People see you're expecting and automatically look at your ring finger to see if you are married! How rude is this..it is none of their business whether i am married or engaged or single. I'm 12 years old, 5 ft 3 in, 106 pounds, not to muscular( just perfect for my age), and very muscular calves and thighs.


So how far can I shoot a basketball? Give me a range.


I've tryed many times from 21 feet away but, sometimes I make the shot and sometimes I miss it.

Heres the story. Me and my wife have been married for a good 8 years. These days she never cooks, leaves the house like a dump, never puts out and spends the rest of time eating up my credit card


Well, since she obviously doesnt respect me much, and is probably the laziest woman I've ever had a relationship with, me and my buddies ended up going on a cruise. Well since these days I get sex about once every 2 months, I decided to start getting some elsewhere, because right now the woman isnt doing what she is supposed to do. Now when she found out, she had the hide to get angry with me, when in reality, she is the one at fault and is oblivious to any criticism coming her way. Women are supposed to be there to clean the house, cook, look after the kids, attend the men when the boys come around to watch the game and have sex with the husband whenever the man deemes it necessary.

The first day of my last period was dec.8th. I think i picked the wrong day to mess around with my bf.It was Dec.23rd. which im pretty sure was at my most fertile time. As the story goes, we didnt use a condom and he ejaculated inside me. Im not scared I just wanna know if im pregnant, but im not sure if its too soon for a pregnancy test. And Im really not worried im kinda hoping im pregnant(in a way)...ive already gotten excited about and so has my guy. I am black,I meet this guy I slept with him due to acohol. Then deiced i didn't want to see him again because he talked like he had been dragged up - and was bascally jobless & just a waste of space but pretty at the same time.
