I've been very sick recently, and everytime I throw up I break out in a bunch of little red spots. What is this? And why?

I believe it might be food poisoning, but I'm not entirely sure

My brother did this too, and he went to the doctor. The doctor said that's it's just because when you throw up, you put pressure on a blood vessel or something, resulting in the red dots. But it's not serious...

That happened to me too, when I was a little kid I threw up at least twice a week and everytime I did I broke out in red spots on my face and my nurse at school said it was because of the pressure that's coming out of your mouth because you open it wide when you throw up.

what is you that youare very sick with? That would be helpful!
Sometimes the strain of throwing up can cause these spots, as these are tiny capillaries that have burst .

Because you are straining so hard when you vomit you are most likely bursting the capillaries in your face. They will fade pretty quickly.

well its probably cause by the food youve been eating... it causes u to vomit and break out... avoid that food!
