Your home pregnancy tests may have showed that you were pregnant before the doctor's tests because if you bought something like a First Response, it's actually more sensitive to HGC than the one doctors use. I'd definitely get a blood test done. I don't see why the doctor dismissed your possible pregnancy so easily. I'd definitely get a second opinion. Good luck!

Doesn't seem that weird to me. They probably want to check urine first before doing blood work. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon to get positives and then a negative if the tests are all in the first couple of weeks after your period is due. Blood work 48 hours apart to measure your hCG levels would confirm a pregnancy.

The home test are 99% accurate so I would see another doctor. The urine test should read correctly no matter the time of day or amount of water you drank. Test again!

You should turn him in it is against the law to examine without another female in the room. He should know that a urine test will not be accurate in the afternoon especially if you drink a lot of water. And he should have no reason to have examined your breasts

The doc should do a blood test - my urine test at the docs was negative, but blood test was positive. Docs often do breast exams and internals without nurses in the room - if it really bothers you, you just have to ask, and they will have a nurse in the room with you.

urine test is the cheapest, this is why he did it. if he examined you without a nurse in the room, get a different doctor. The most reliable pregnancy test is the blood test and the health department will give one for free.

go get a blood test. They cost the same as a home pregnancy test and are much more accurate. If you are not comfortable with your doctor get a new one.

what do you mean so late. If the hormone is there its there. And this doctor should do a blood test if yours keepcoming up positive. take another one at home. I mean it has happened before they give false positives.
