How can I block a person from sending me an email, I already deleted him from my account, and I don't want to recive any email from him? help please

What good ends can the internet be used for, using what good means and how? and would you help out if you saw a website trying to focas all those efforts striving for the maximum good it can possibily do if such a thing was being attempted on the largest scale with all the people it can muster? Could it be a good means, if it is conducted ethically, for striving for ALL the good ends that exsist in the world at once and actually make progress on all of them, especially if it is trying to do so as effectivily, efficently and smoothly as possible, trying especially hard to not have negative side effects, and trying to preserve what already exsists that is good, or at least not bad, using all means of learning, knowing and understanding known to research and gain consensous on how?

Ok, I was at a major retailer(Hint: it rhymes with j-mart) and I was basically stopped when I was leaving and accused of shoplifting and I was even handcuffed. I didn't even take anything and they apologized but it was really embarrassing and I'm saying that it's reasonable grounds for a lawsuit and he's saying it's totally within their rights to do that. could I win a lawsuit or settlement from that? Also, the same guy approached my friend and told him he should just slip a fishing lure in his pocket can they do that?

It seems you can get used to pain (I had constant sciatica pain for 2 years), but could hardley eliminate fear of not living my life correctly and with a purpose -- whether I was healthy or in pain, fear seemed more powerful than pain. I was wondering if there are other views on this; supportive or otherwise.

I just bought new goalie pads today for the first time in about 8 years (RBK 5K's) and while I've figured out how to strap them on for the most part, there's a shoe lace attached to the bottom of the pad that I'm unsure of.

I'm assuming I'm supposed to re-lace my skates with the lace attached to the pads. Meaning, I would need to unlace and the re-lace my skates every game to remove my pads. Is this right?

i had to get a full upper denture and absolutely hate it. It's been in since dec 13, the texture of some foods turns me off. I have bben trying to eat food without the denture because nothing tastes the same and its making me depressed. the denture also dosesnt feel secure and i still have the stitches in ( because there were no more appointments til after the New year.
They told me not to secure my immediate denture to my mouth with that denture stuff until I get my re-lign done.
I fear my denture will fall out and cause me embarassment.
Also I have 2 sore spots, which wont get done until after Jan 4th which is my appointment
denture breathe is also unpleasant. I brush and use mouth wash, so do you have to rinse with mouth wash several times a day so as not to have bad breath? Or is it because I still have stitches in and some sore spots?
I really hate these things,could not afford implants, dont know if I'm going to be able to live with them & food is no longer enjoyable

if you lived in a haunted house, and one day you saw a fdark creppy figure run past your door into another room. following it, thinking it was a sibling or someone trying to scare you, and finding it hudeled in a dark corner in that room. if it came running at you while making a hissing noise or something like that, would you run? or see what would happen if you just stood there?
