well, ... depends on the crime i think.
As long as it's not a mentally ill kinda type (white collar crime, serial killer, phsyco, pedophilia rapist, etc related to character killing)

but best is to ask the opinion of the community of the criminal's gonna be new place

No. The sentence must be served in full if there is at least to be some resemblance of justice. Age has nothing to do with it. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

Sex offenders, organized crime figures and white collar criminals, no - they should do their full time.

For everybody else, yes - especially if they were originally locked up before they were 30.

depends on what you did. there are some things that i think people should never be let out of jail for doing. like murder or rape or sexual abuse
