You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

If the post above mine fails you may in order to purge the virus fro your computer you may need to do a hard format and reinstall from scratch then do NOT go back to where you got the virus from.

in case your record is residing house windows media participant or micrisoft note (application). basically uninstall it. Or,in case your contaminated record is note rfile(rfile), possibly your template record is contaminated with the help of virus
