so i learned this word before but i forgot it. Its something like Mancharean or Manacrean or something that sounds very similar and it means one sided, either black or white, very leaning toward one side and ignoring the other. Anybody can get the proper way of spelling the word?

This time of year always feels a little melancholy... Why do you think that is? Is it the commercialism which stifles the real meaning of the holiday? Is it the buildup (and inevitable letdown) of the holiday? Is it because it's the end of the year & causes you to reflect on your life? Is it because unless your life looks like a Hallmark card it feels like you don't measure up...? Is it seasonal affective disorder? Is it the sense of isolation and loneliness that you feel even when surrounded by friends & family? Is it the stress of shopping, spending money you can't afford on gifts that they may not want, planning, preparing, the hustle & bustle that takes the fun out of it because you can't relax & enjoy it? Crowded malls and overplayed Christmas songs? Difficult relatives? Missing loved ones who are gone?

What happened to Christmas? Remember when it was magical? Is it because we grew up...?

Is it because I have to work Christmas day?!

i only want to lower the ocean by about 200 feet that would free up alot of land...It would solve so many problems... earth over population, icecaps meltingsand flooding the earth, beach overcrowding, florida sinking, hurricanes in new orleans, venice sinking, plus i will claim all the new beach front property as my own, and put a toll booth on the new alaskan land bridge to russia! i'll pay off my super pump and be rich! comments?? you can leave give one reason its a bad idea for every two reasons its a great idea. It is seriously taking its toll on my well being, because I can't sleep at night without a huge water bottle beside my bed. I wake up every 15 minutes (This is NOT exaggeration) dying of thirst and grab the water bottle and gulp down water. This goes on all night long!! Also, I probably fill the thing up at least 2 times a night. Plus every time I wake up I have to pee because I drank so much water from the last time I woke up. It goes on all night long, drinking, peeing, drinking-peeing-it-never-stops! It is driving me crazy and I am exhausted all the time because I never get any quality sleep. And yeah, I have already been tested for diabetes TWICE and I don't have it. Can anyone please give me advice on how to stop this madness? THANKS
