How soon should it be before you say the L-word (love) to your boyfriend/girlfriend.

The best time to say it is when you are really comfortabe saying it.
I think alot of people end up saying it too soon and too lightly.
Love is when, you can't get the other person out of your head and their happiness is all important to you, you feel like you are on the same level, you can laugh with them, be completley honest and yourself,and have a really comfortable, give take relationship.

Well, the girl shouldn't say it first... just as a general rule. Its a toughie though. Love and infatuation are often confused. Theres no set time... but you have to know everything about them. You have to know their thoughts & dreams. Be able to finish their sentences & communicate without words. You must know in your heart that this is the only person in the world you were made for & you cant live without them. Then you should let them know. & if you've gotten that close without them feeling the same...well then they're not paying attention.

It depends on teh situation and the people involved. My boyfriend and I said it after a short period of time, like a few weeks, but we really meant it, and still do to this day :).
Do you love each other? Is the feeling mutual? I don't know if there's ever a right time. Only when you feel that it's true.

Preferably when the other party feels the same way as you do.
But, I don't believe in true love at first anything. Attraction, yes.
Two people need to spend alot of time together...months...and
be able to be on a deep level, they have to be compatible. Have
a basic foundation, important things to build your relationship on.

It's never too early to say i love you when you feel it say it if he/she leaves you then you weren't meant to be together. but do keep in mind there is a too late when it comes to saying it.

depends on if you truly love them or not! if you don't love them DONT say it!!! it is never too soon if you truly do!
