A friend of mine (he is NOT gay) is throwing a party where (1) All males - no females (2) All in the Buff - no clothes - not even undies (3) No Food - Only Beer (4) Planning to watch a movie called Taboo - never heard of it. Is something wrong ? Should I go ?

This is not for homework. I rarely use the subjunctive and I've been out of school a long time. Since I preach weekly, it would be a good idea if I used the language properly. I need to know the proper use of the subjunctive in past, present, and future tenses. Ironically, I can do this in Greek, but not English! :-)

Hi,

I just bought Wella color charm hair color and protein filler. I had blonde hair with highlights and colored it a red color and after about a week about the first 2 or 3 inches from my scalp is still a redish color but the rest is now brown. I read that using a protein filler first will make it so the color is even throught. The directions on the filler say to leave it on for 20 minutes than rinse out. Do I have to let my hair dry before I color it or do I do it when it is still wet?? Thanks for the help.

I heard yesterday that it cost the U.S. $25,000 to outfit 1 U.S.soldier. That is personal gear only, not weapons. I also understand it cost $1.5 million for 1 cruise missle, $300,000 for 1 Humvee, etc, etc.
With all this investment in hi-tech weapons, we are losing a war to an enemy who piles a bunch of homemade explosives into a beatup jalopy.
Is it time we rethink our defense investments?

When asking a question on a web site like this why do people feel the need to answer with sarcastic and sometimes just plain ignorant responses? Is it to gain points or just that they don't know any better? Do they get some sort of a thrill by doing that? Is it an ego problem ?
