You haven't given enough information ... what will happen to them when?

Substances in will stay in and substances out will stay out, unless they are food or waste in which case waste will go out and food will go in. The only time this will change is if the environment around the cell changes, like extreme hot or cold (which will cause the cell to rupture) or if you change the solution that it is in causing an imbalance of some sort which will cause the movement of certain things in the cell to move out and vice versa.
