I was specifically wondering about Neutragena and the other ones that you can buy at Target, Walgreen's, etc.

Well, if you're looking for something to buy from a store, then I guess I can't help you, but I do know a great microdermabrasion kit that's cheaper than most and works great. Find a Mary Kay consultant:

Then order from her a microdermabrasion kit. It works great and is only $50. Unlike most brands, you can get tons of uses out of it. I've seen so many people get softer, younger looking skin from it. You can even tell somewhat of a difference immediately! It's amazing, and loads cheaper than Lancome, sephora, estelauder, and all those other expensive brands!

I hope this helps!

In my opinion, after using majority of them, I consider Olay as the best there is.
