how to evolve a Pokemon quickly?

for example: bulbasaur evolves at level 16 to ivysaur
how can i make bulbasaur evolve at level 10 or 13

You won't get them to evolve any earlier than they are suppose to.

Walk around in the grass or somewhere there is Pokemon that are just a little weaker than the one you are wanting to level up, then just battle, battle, battle. Yeah, it takes a while and I know how impatient one can get wanting a higher level Pokemon, but that's the way the game goes.

The only other way I've found to level them up quickly is to give them experience share, put them first in the lineup then switch them out with a higher level Pokemon that is sure to win against another higher level Pokemon. If you do that then going and beating the Elite Four will level up your Pokemon real quick.

well,bulbasaur can only envolve at Level 16 to become ivysaur,but it envolve at level 32 to become venusaur.if you want it to envolve faster try using rare candys,you can find more than 10 rare candys in this game,and i almost find all.get the item finder and use it at many places,you can get a unseen rare candy at the field above the third gym,you can find another rare candy in the mansion in the eight gym.and rest you can find it by your self.
