I am renting a condo in NYC. My current lease ends on 12/31/06, and I signed a new 2-year lease to take effect on 1/1/07. The apartment's owner is foreclosing on the place, and it is to be auctioned on 1/17/07. I do not want to stay in this apt. anymore. The condo board drives me crazy with notices and info concerning this eviction, and I would like to move before my current lease ends. I have found an apt. that I love elsewhere, yet I don't know if I can cancel the lease that I signed (the one that begins on 1/1/07). The apt. is going to be sold anyway, and the board still has not sent back a copy of the lease, signed, so I don't even know if they have agreed to it at this point. Can I get out of the lease?

I've had a friend of mine overdose on this (around 30mg?). She is known to be hypersensitive to this anyway. She's in hospital now - she WAS unconscious, but now she is awake, however (because of the medication) she has been hallucinating and is VERY confused. I talked to her on the phone and she was talking like a drunk, but TEN TIMES worse. I am worried sh*tless and I just want to know if anyone has seen someone have this affliction, or has even had it themselves? If so, I would appreciate prompt information. I am very desperate.

it drives me crazy my ex husband does not help me with the kids since we divorce.I had to go after him for child suppor to ge anything. I just don't get it how can one be so selfish than to make sure your kids are ok.maybe he is just slacking in his responsibility because I am remarried and the kids have a great stepdad who takes care of them for him> I think it's sad that he would walk awaay from his kids and then not be there for them unless he wants to be on his terms.It should be for the kids sake and he should be less selfish.what do you think?

What should I do if there is this girl, and I think I love her (iv never felt like this with anyone befor.) and it makes me sick becouse we dated for a day and that one day made me happier than any other of my other g/fs that lasted forever. The reason it only lasted a day is somthing happend to where we had to call it off for a while, I didnt minde that, but that was like two months ago and iv missed things up between us while we where waiting (shes a saposed 'emo chick' and I asked her if she was ok, becouse she seemed upset about somthing, and it hit a nerv becouse I think somthing was realy bothering her. So she said I was trying to change her. But all it is is i care for her... so much.). Now where starting to talk again and these feelings are killing me (she knows how I feel I think.) and im sick of being alone and her not telling me what to do. Its all up to her I think. She needs to tell me to move on atleast, that way I could rebuild my heart. I need some opinions.
