If your serious, get an attorney to write her a letter on their letterhead. Tell this person they are being charged with slander. If they will undo the damage with their slander to your mom,you won't proceed with charges.However,report them to the Better Business Bureau anyway. Good luck,Merry Christ'mass.

If this woman was a true psychic, there is no way she would ever pass on bad news or anything foul. True psychics know they have a gift and don't abuse it. You just wouldn't be told nasty things.
It's important that your mother refuses to speak to this woman because it sounds like the woman is a big fraud in it to earn as much as she can from people. I am sorry your poor mother listened to the woman caller. It might be a good idea to write to her threatening legal action if she telephones or contacts your household again.
Your anger is understandable but there is a spirit world and they do make contact with the living. It's just a shame that there are people that give true psychics a bad name.

Its all a scam. There is NO evidence anywhere that so called "psychics" have any extra sensory perception.
Read: Flim Flam by James Randi. If your local library doesn't have it, ask for it through inner library loan. You'll be glad you did.
