Healthy food and exercise. But it's coming up to christmas so pig out before you lose weight! Healthy food and 30-40 exercise 4-5 times a week! Try not to eat carbs and you should be fine! Burning 3500 calories = burning 1 pound! God bless! x

Diets make lots of money for their inventors. They are actually not useful for long term weight control.
Your body needs a variety of nutrients as well as proteins, grapefruit, celery, whatever the fad diet might reccommend. If the body doesn't get all the right nutrients it goes into starvation mode and stores everything it does get as fat.
What I suggest is that you go to a properly qualified nutritionist who can sort out the right foods for you - what YOUR body needs.
Once you're eating well, you can consider starting some exercise. But take advice! How much you can safely do depends on just how overweight you are right now, your age and general fitness level. If you start with good nutrition and gentle exercise you will be able to build safely from fat to fit!
If you overdo it you'll do the yo-yo thing and not succeed.
I do wish you every good luck

all these fads of not eating carbs etc are really bad for you, you can eat anytime as lons as you burn of the calories you have just eaten with exercise.....Thats the best and most healthy way, fads are fads coz they don't last forever. Once you start eating normally after a ' low carb' diet then you'll just pile the weight on, carbs are what give you energy! Regular exercise and plenty of fruit n veg is the best way.

To be honest i would never recommend any sort of diet unless your like 30 stone and close to death. It really does depend how much weight you need to loose. Just eat healthily, get enough sleep and exercise and as long as your healthy be happy!!!!

Just a point but them activia yoghurts made me loose weight without even trying . . . i have one every morning for breakfast and they completely clear you out lol.

ok. eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. exercise for an hour a day. eat less junk food. and put lees on your plate. if you eat less your stomach will shrink so you wont be able to stuff your face in the long run
