When overpaid state income tax is itemized into the federal deduction, I get back federal money I'm not technically entitled to. Next year I will have to report the state refund and pay federal taxes on it.

1) Will I have to report the 2006 state refund only if I itemize on the 2007 tax return? If yes, great (though doesn't make much sense), if not, where will it be reported?

2) Is there a way to adjust my federal taxes this year so that I don't get back this federal money now and don't have to report state refund next year? If yes, how? I was hoping for something on Schedule A, but I don't see it.

it is not at all possible to go back or front in time but u can see the past if u travel faster with the speed of light(if possible) Stars u see in the night sky are what they were 4000 years ago or something like that.same concept we use it here .that is if u want to see how earth 100 years ago hop in to a space ship that travels faster that the speed of light ,(earth image will be 100 light years far frm earth)u can catch it somewhre in space .see u saw the past.

we all know that there may be a hundreds of the same shoes but the one we have bought is ours. We can also buy the same car, book, jeans, computer and many, many other things. It is not important that there are many others equal products because what is ours is ours.
Therefore, when we watch TV or go to movie, we are just one of many. but, anyway, the information from TV, CD or movie became ours because we have bought that.
will you enjoy the movie or song or video because you like it and you have honestly paid for that or you will worry that so many others people are having the same experience?
so, if you buy the excellent Japanese or USA car, like Toyota or Ford, will you enjoy or your will cry in frustration that also many others have the same model?

Christmas Cookie Recipe

1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
lemon juice
4 large eggs
1 cup nuts
2 cups of dried fruit
1 bottle Crown Royal/Whiskey/Rum

Sample the liquor to check quality.

Take a large bowl, check the liquor again, to be sure it
is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink.
Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of butter in a
large fluffy bowl.

Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again.
At this point it's best to make sure the liquor is still
OK.
Try another cup - just in case.

Turn off the mixer thingy.

Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of
Dried fruit.

Pick the frigging fruit off floor...

Mix on the turner.

If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it
Loose with a dewscriver.

Sample the Liquor to check for tonsisticity.

Next, sift two cups of salt, or something.... who giveshz
a sheet.
Check the Liquor.

Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.

Add one table.
Add a spoon of ar, or somefink.... whatever you can find.

Greash the oven.

Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over.
Don't forget to beat off the turner.
Finally, throw the bowl through the window.
Finish the bottle of Liquor.
Make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher.

as the solstices and equinoxes apply globally, it would seem logical to adopt them as the designated quarter points. they fall every 91 days/13 weeks.

ever since i can remember the stupid system we have has annoyed me!

it is logical to me to divide the year into opposite halfs and then quarters then months weeks days.

i feel i never quite know where i am in the year because of the irratiional nature of the holidays.

whenever i do a task or travel a distance i mentally tick off thestages in halves and quarters:

first point i am a quarter of the way there...
second point..i am half way there and only have to do the same as ive already done to get to the finish.
third point..ive only got a quarter to go.

to me,quarter points which break up the year into 4 time periods of exactly the same duration and provide 4 logical resting points or holiday seasons, and give me the ideal way of breaking up the year in my mind.

does anyone else feel this way?
