Well looks like you have a while until the next school year. So you can lose weight the right way.
First of all, losing weight is all about common sense. Cut down the junk completely. Absolutely no soda's the calories add up quick and they are just bad for you anyway. Drink loads of water. You should have no less than 8 glasses of water a day then for every 25 pounds overweight you are you should add a glass.
If you must drink something with flavor drink juice but not the stuff loaded with sugar. That is just as bad as sodas. Drink real juices or diet teas, green teas, black teas etc. Also flavored water is good and the crystal light but make sure you get in your daily water intake.
Eat veggies and stay away from red meats and starchy foods. Basically stay away from those "white foods" ie: your breads, rices, potatoes etc. Those are all bad carbs.
Grill your food don't fry it. Eat fish and chicken etc. Eat a balanced and healthy breakfast everyday! Breakfast is a must. It kick starts your metabolism.
You will need to be more active too. Keep in mind every 3,500 calories your burn you lose 1 pound. So if you wanted to lose 3 pounds a week. You would need to burn 1,500 calories a day. That would be 15 pounds a month.
Basically you need to change your entire lifestyle and when you get to your ideal weight. You must continue with healthy eating habits or you will gain it all back. Of course you can treat yourself every so often but not all the time. Remember the key is to burn what you take it.
You are really supposed to lose 1-2 pounds a week but 1 more pound a week shouldn't be too bad. Just don't try to lose more than that or you are asking for health problems and also disapointment.
Also like the person below me said. They really don't torture you. I'm not saying people won't be mean. There most likely will be a few idiots that have nothing better to do but most people don't care. High school isn't like middle school. People have their own little group of friends and most likely don't care about other people outside their social norm.
BTW if you don't mind how tall are you and what is your weight? You might not even be as big as you make out to be.

Seriously, you are what? 13 yr old? Don't ruin your health trying to diet when your body hasn't finished maturing.
The best, and cheapest thing you can do to make sure you are at your best in time for school in September is excercise. That's all. Swim, jog, aerobics, weights. Get a good work-out video from wal-mart and do about 20-30 minutes a day 5 days a week.
Plump is NOT fat! Plump is just baby-fat, and will probably melt off with a bit of extra excecise.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!
