Mukhtar Mai was once an anonymous Pakistani villager - but that was before she was gang-raped, apparently on the orders of local elders in a neighbouring village.

From then onwards she has been determined to bring them to justice, and her fight made her an international figure.

Some of the men she said attacked her were convicted, but then the appeal court in Lahore overturned their convictions, amid an outcry from human rights groups.

Now Mukhtar Mai, who is in her mid-30s, is writing her own internet diary, or blog, about her life and her concerns, as a woman from a remote village in southern Punjab.

In other words do you think it's better to be considered "normal" and work a job and just scrape by,(like the majority of middle class America) or to seek a legit business opportunity that can have a 6-7 figure income potential that is out side the traditional corporate structure and may not be seen as the norm.

A little over a year ago, my husband slept with my best friend! I know ouch, but he came clean, and I chose to forgive him, after coming clean he accepted Christ, and changed a lot of his old ways. However he has a myspace account and just every now and then says hi to a mutal friend of ours sister, she is 2 years younger then us, and I feel they have no reason to talk, so one day in the middle of an argument, I spewed out a lot of anger and acused him of sleeping with this girl (really I was just annoyed he was talking to her, and was trying to express my concern) Needless to say it didnt go so well, coming out like that, and I said sorry for what I ahd said to him, but he never stopeed talking to her, and I would like him to, because thats how the affair with my (now x) best friend happend, me and her were not on speaking terms, and he kept talking to her all behind my back, and now its like deja vu except this gorl isnt my best friend, how do I let him know how I feel?

I can't believe the disrespect being shown by some of you co cks. Yea Cannavaro deserved the award this year more than Zidane but let's get something abundantly clear. Zidane is the ONLY player worthy of being meentioned alongside Maradona and Pele and believe me I know of and have seen action of some of the greatest players ever, too many to list. I really think cannavaro is a world class player, but he couldn't lace Zidane's fucki ng right boot.Cannavaro is a superstar, Zidane is a legend ie all time great. Big distinction

Oh and to "Mrs Materazzi", well of course you are gonna say Zidane doesn't deserve it. Ever heard of that term impartiality?

I see my bestfriend once a week and she feels thats not enough and goes on about how much she misses me and wishes we could spend more time. She is afraid we are drifting apart. I feel that once a week is fine. I have alot going on in my life and don't have the energy to hang out two week nights a week after working all day.
