What is a current event in vietnam?

3 years ago, my dad borrow loan from one of the bank to support me for my sudies which was a twinning programme to oversea. Till half way, the loan was not enough for me to complete the whole programme and i've to come back to my hometown and find work. Now my dad have to re-pay back the loan and the interest charged was too high for him. He's not in good mood everyday. I wanted to help but my salary was not even enough for myself. He is angry at me since then and whenever he saw me he did not even talk to me. It is not my fault anyway, it was his decision to send me oversea. I did not ask for it. Why is he blaming me then? It makes me feel very guilty.

This new coworker started 2 months ago, one months ago while she was walking out i asked her if she like to stop for coffee, she said she could not b/c she has to meet her friend..
we did not talk much with her next one-two week, just hi only.. Now we are talking more, So how i know if she interested or not.. Do i need to ask her again,, or just keep talking only, and let her ask out if she interested (b/c I already asked her once, so she know I am interested in her)..
