The APEC Conference was held in Hanoi, Vietnam, November 12-19th. President George Bush attended along with the presidents of Japan, China, Russia and other countries. Bush becomes the second president to visit Vietnam since the end of the Vietnam War.

Vietnam has been accepted into the WTO, and will formally join January 11, 2007.

Bill Clinton visits Hanoi, Vietnam for the second time on November 26-28th.

I married my wife in Hanoi, Vietnam. November 12, 2006.
