This new coworker started 2 months ago, one months ago while she was walking out i asked her if she like to stop for coffee, she said she could not b/c she has to meet her friend..
we did not talk much with her next one-two week, just hi only.. Now we are talking more, So how i know if she interested or not.. Do i need to ask her again,, or just keep talking only, and let her ask out if she interested (b/c I already asked her once, so she know I am interested in her)..

Ask her out for coffee again. It's something you can do because coworkers often have coffee together. She may really have been busy and is waiting to see if you'll ask again. The worst that can happen is she says no to coffee. Coffee is kind of inoccuous. You can claim it was a meet to have coffee as friends....

Well just take your time talking and get to know her better. After that if she really likes you she will probly show many signs like paying alot of attention to you, or staring in your eyes

if she has a friend at your work and that friend is your friend you can ask that friend to find out if she likes you especially if that friends is a girl girls always talk about their crushes whatsoever what they think about certain people
