Well I am currently 5'8.5 and weigh in at 219lbs. My legs are solid, my upper body is lacking. From my pubic bone to my rib cage is where I carry my weight. I have joined the weight watchers program this week as what I was doing before wasn't giving me great results. Up untill this week my gym routine is this, cardio to start for 60-70 min, that would either be straight on the elliptical or a combo of that and the treadmill. I would then proced to the wieght machines, alternating upper and lower body everyday. I gained weight while doing this for 3 months 5 days a week (likley muscle) but only lost 4 inches. So do I need to look at my routine in the gym? Switch it up because that didn't work. I eat well and never seem to get rid of the extra fat. I need to lose 68lbs and think I am doing this all wrong. I am active and live a very active lifestyle, camping, hiking, kayaking, swimming, snowshoeing. Weight watchers should help with diet now I need help with exercise. Thanks!!
