First a note to the Muslims and others who took this question as being offensive to Muslims.
It was written that Muhammad was visited by an Angel, probably Gabriel who brought an animal who looked like a donkey with wings, that carried Muhammad on it's back over night trip to Jerusalem, and from there he claimed up to heaven. There he meet several prophets. He greeted each one, then moved to the next level, and so on, until he reached Allah and had a meeting to decrease the prayer from fifty to five times a day. Correct so far!
Why do you feel offended if all those things have been written, and now feel offended if someone asked if you believe in it!? Do you believe it! or not?
I believe the Muslims do believe it. Don't ask me if it did happen or not. I wouldn't know. Personally, I don't believe it, but it doesn't matter. They believe it, that is enough for me. Live and let live.

Mohmmed (peace be upon him) didn't rode donkey he a rode miracle creature like sent by god to the prophet.

Just a comment to Melrose---(one of the answers here)--------I have read many of her referrals to her sex life with Muslims. I think I consider her as much of a whore as they must think she is. Why would she want to tell everyone she is a whore? Is she proud it it? I am not a Muslim, but I resent all her comments.
Too bad-----I doubt if she will see this.

Who do u think u r making fun of Prophet Mohamed (Peace be upon him)or any other prophet?!!!! people like u make me feel sick, and actually make the world bad more than it already is now.
Yes Prophet Mohamed was visited by Angel Gibraiel, but he rode a sort of a heavenly creature named El Borak, it somehow like a huge big bird.
Anyways, i think all sane ppl will agree with me, u should really start respecting other prophets, religions, and beliefs as we all do.
