How do I make change to me?

I try to be a better husband and man. I have disrespected my wife with porn, It is every where. How can I get rid of this out of my head forever? This is my major problem. I am loosing my wifes love and maybe her over it. It's stupid. How do I get it out forever? Please be serious

you must deal with your problem as any addict would. You are addicted to porn. You may need professional counseling. This step of seeking professional help will show your wife a more seriuos action in correcting your problem. You must eliminate your own pride to be able to do what is necessary to combat this problem.For you to win back your wifes trust, respect, and love you will have to put her first in every area of your life, which means your fantasy life. If you have friends the indulge in porn then you may have to stay away from them until you are able to manage your impulses better. Well mister. This is an issue that lots of men have in their lives and some are not strong enough to face it. I commend you for seeking some advice. I would recommend that you get GOD in your life. Cry out to the Lord in the name of Jesus and welcome him into your life to guide your walk, talk, and thoughts. After that, get rid of all of the porn (throw it all away). Keep yourself away from situations that will expose you to porn. All of these things will let your wife know that you love her and she will still be watching you. Don't base what you do on how she responds to your changes. Just focus on not being exposed to that junk. Putting God first in your life is the main thing. You should do that together as a couple. Go to church and start reading and learning the Word of God. Try Galations chapter 5 and Romans chapter 1 to start with.

Here is your cure: every single chiick who does the porn or stripper or club thing//has indeed been abused, sexually, HELLO, what part of that can a dude enjoy?

Seriously, talk to a psychologist (therapist/shrink). Porn addition is a real thing. You can get help from a good professional doctor for this.
