You can only work in the USA if you have the work visa that is required. To get that, you can try to look for an employer who in turn will sponsor you; or marry an American citizen; or be petitioned as an immigrant by your family member.

If you cannot marry a US citizen or has no family to sponsor you, then your only chance is to find a employer who will be willing to go through the legal and financial hassles to sponsor you. To be able to get such employer, then you need to have not just the right qualifications (but superior).

I suggest you check out the Department of State for information on the various work visas that you can get -- all of which requires one thing: an employer.

It depends on where you are, what your qualifications are, whether you can get a job there and also find a sponsor to let you in!
