I had taken my 98 Chevy car to the dealer 6 months ago for service and it cost me $550 to replace front pads and rotors. They were fine for about a month and the same noise and problem reoccured in the problematic area. I took it in to advise my problem was not solved and they put brake lube on calipers to correct the problem, which was free of cjharge due to not solving the problem in the first place. About 4 months after placing the lube on the noisy caliper, the same noise acted up again and I brought it in for a 3RD TIME IN WHICH the service dept replaced new front rotors and pads free of charge, becuase they stated they may have been defective from Chevy company, and this solved the problem again temporalriy, without me having to pay anything.

Finally yesterady after all of this hassle with me bringing the car in initallly 6 months ago it has started to make rthe same noise again and the dealer never seems to permanenly solve the problem.
Would you demand a refund?

Ok, i have a TON of cd's they are burnt, but they are in perfect condition and they have the tracklisting, and 2 nintendo 64 game controllers and 3 games.I had took them 2 the pawn shop where i live but either it was closed juss cuz it was saturday, or it was closed 4 good, i haven't had time 2 call yet and find out.Anyway i REALLY REALLY REALLY need $40 by thursday and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could take them 2 get the money by thursday? I just recieved in the mail today a medical bill from a mental health clinic (almost $1,000) and it's been three years since I visited last and have never recieved any invoices prior. Is this fair? What are my rights as far as recieving bills? I know I should call both this clinic and my insurance company to make sure this is not an error but what other steps should I take to protect myself?

Hello.In the space of an hour,I have had two Daewoo Digital Terrestrial Receiver Models DSD-9420 which simply packed up after 5/10 minutes use. One packed up after 5 minutes when I was changing a channel. The other packed up after 10 minutes having watched some snooker in black & white! Since THIS Daewoo product clearly doesn't work,what makes and models would YOU suggest I next try and why? I don't really see a point of the commonwealth. It's a bit backwards because so many countries have QEII as head of state but she barely contributes to them. She has to appoint her ministers in some of them which I find completely unfair because the countries should elect their own people into power. Who else agrees that this is Great Britain trying to hold onto its colony days? You might say the commonwealth games are useful but they aren't really. The Olmpics get way more coverage and they include more countries
