starting january 1st im goin on a diet. i need to lose about 10-15 pounds a month bc i wanna try out for dance team at my school n i have a dance recital n june n i wanna look good n my outfit. could someone PLZ! help me find a way to lose 10-15 puonds a month safely?!!thanx!!

getting undressed for the first time, he took off his shoes and socks and his toes were discoloured and twisted, "whats that" she said. " well thats coss i had tolio when i was a child" " dont you mean polio she said, No, he said Its because its the toes.
next he took off his trousers and revealed awful looking knees.
" whats that she said. Oh thats kneesels, Dont you mean measles she said, No, he said its coss its the knees,
Next he removed his shorts..

I have 1 fish in there..theres also a filter and heater...no live plants..

I was wondering as to how often i should be doing a partial water change and approx how much of a water change should i be doing?? 25 % or 50% and after how long like every week or every 2 weeks

I was a co-signer for a relative to get an apartment, they got evicted, I was never notified by the Apt. owner or them that anything had occurred until I received a notice of levy from my bank AFTER I went to the bank one day to withdraw some money. I was never properly served. What legal recourse do I have?

Because I'm on my supposed period but I'm told that could be implanmation (sp?) Anyways, if that is what I have than how long should I wait to take the test? Right now it's negitive but we tried 5 times about a week and a half ago and he got it all in.
